ogden and fly flatts

got a text this morning at 8.00 ish about some whooper swans at warley. i didnt really react because i dont go to see most birds on the grapevine. however when my dad woke up i pestered him so before he had breakfast we set of. we saw the swans but not brian but one of brians freinds from oxenhope. he allowed me to use his spotting scope to see the swans although really they were all asleep.

at ogden there was the barnacle goose which had returned. it is really tame so i got some fab shots. also long tailed tits on the bird feeders, goldcrests in the wood, a pair of goldeneye on the res and a tree-creeper
