
But obviously being so late in the evening there was not a great deal happening, and the reservoir was very low. the gulls had started roosting, or gathering at least, on the far side of the res to the visitor center.
the walk produced anything of any real value although we did find a common hawker dragonfl whizzing around at one of the small dams
on the moors we only found this violet ground bettle, whos sides were glowing bright blue in the evening light. sadly, the light being so poor, none of the photos I took came out very well!
